How to View General Notes
Graphic 1:
- Navigate to General Notes:
- Access the Visits Section and click on General Notes.
- View Entries:
- The list displays details like Service Name, Description, Reason for Visit, Created By, Date, Time, and Status.
- Take Action:
- Use the available options under Action to manage or review entries as needed.
How to Add a General Note
Graphic 2:
- Access Create Note:
- Go to the General Notes section and click Create Note.
- Fill in Details:
- Enter patient information, including Name, Marital Status, Gender, Age, DOB, Allergies, and Employment Status.
- Select the Service Name using the search option.
- Add Note Details:
- Provide a Note Title/Description and specify the Reason for Visit.
- Save the Note:
- Click Add Note to save and finalize.
