How to Navigate the Membership Section
- Accessing the Membership Dashboard:
- From the left menu, locate and click on Memberships.
- The Membership Dashboard will appear, displaying a comprehensive summary of membership data and management tools.

Membership Dashboard Overview: The Membership Dashboard provides the following key details:
- Plans: Overview of the available membership plans.
- Total Active Members: Displays the total number of active members (e.g., 29).
- New Members This Month: Indicates the number of new members added during the current month (e.g., 0).
- Expiring Soon: Shows the number of memberships nearing expiration (e.g., 3).
How to Add a New Membership Plan

- Go to Create Membership Plan:
- Click the Create Membership Plan button on the right side of the Memberships Dashboard.
- Fill in Plan Details:
- Name: Enter the plan name (e.g., "Individual Plan" or "Family Plan").
- Price: Set the plan's cost.
- Group Plan: Select Individual or Family/Group based on member needs.
- Duration: Choose the plan length (e.g., 3, 6, 12 months).
- Number of Services: Specify the total services included.
- Add Membership Services First:
- Ensure related services are added in the Services section under Types and Group.
- Save the Plan:
- Click Save to activate the plan.
How to Enroll a Membership Plan to a Patient

- Open Patient Chart:
- Go to Patient Charts and select the patient.
- Access Membership:
- Click the Membership tab and select Membership Enrollment.
- Fill Enrollment Details:
- Search Plan: Choose the membership plan.
- Visits & Months: Enter the allowed visits and duration.
- Price: Confirm the plan’s cost.
- Link Primary Member (if needed): Select the MID for family/group plans.
- Notes: Add any relevant details.
- Save:
- Click Save to issue the plan.
A digitally generated membership card will be created and will appear as follows.
