Managing a Patient's Chart
The Patient's Chart serves as a comprehensive, digital record of a patient's medical history, diagnoses, treatments, medications, and other important health information. It helps healthcare providers track a patient's progress, make informed decisions, and ensure continuity of care across visits and between different providers. The chart is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient data, improving treatment outcomes, and enhancing communication among healthcare teams.
Access Patient Chart
- After registering the patient, go to the Charts section.
- Find the patient under Recently Added and click on their name to open their chart.

Select Services for the Patient
- In the chart, click Buy Services.
- Enter the Search Service and Reason for Visit fields to specify the services needed.

Generate Invoice
- Once services are added, an invoice will be automatically generated.
- View the invoice in the Invoice Billing section within the patient’s chart.
