How to Register a new patient?

Registering a new patient in the EMR system is quick and straightforward.
​​Follow the steps below to add a new patient record efficiently.
Quick Registration via Plus Icon
  • Locate the plus (+) icon in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on the icon, and a dropdown menu will appear.
  • Select Register Patient from the dropdown. This action will take you directly to the registration form page.

  • On the registration form page, you can enter various levels of patient information—from basic details (such as name, date of birth, and contact information) to more detailed health and personal information.
  • Complete the fields as thoroughly as possible to ensure accurate and comprehensive records for each patient.
