​Managing Product Invoices

The Product Invoices section allows you to track and manage billing for products dispensed to patients, ensuring a seamless
​integration of product sales with financial records.

  • Navigation:
    • Go to Invoice & Billing.
    • Select Product Invoices from the menu.
  • View Invoice Details:
    • Review the Invoice ID and Product Name.
    • Check the Issue Date and the staff member under Created By.
  • Payment Monitoring:
    • Verify the Payment Method and total Price of the product.
    • Track the Status (e.g., paid, unpaid, pending).
  • Manage Invoices:
    • Use the Action column to update, view, or take necessary steps regarding the invoice.
