Managing Services Invoices
The Services Invoices section, located under Invoice & Billing, provides a detailed record of all service-related transactions.
It allows users to efficiently track issued invoices and payment statuses for services rendered.

- Navigation: Access Services Invoices under the Invoice & Billing section.
- Invoice Details: Review the Invoice ID, Service Name, and Reason for Visit for each service.
- Issue Date & Price: Check when the invoice was issued and its total cost.
- Status & Action: Monitor payment status (e.g., paid, unpaid) and perform actions like printing or updating invoices.
Creating a Custom Service Invoice
The Create Custom Invoice option under Service Invoices allows users to generate personalized invoices tailored to specific service needs.
Graphic 1:
- Navigation: Go to Invoice & Billing, then select Service Invoices and click Create Custom Invoice.
- Search Service Type: Enter the service name to locate the desired service type.
- Add Details: Specify the Service Type, Quantity, and Price.
- Finalize Invoice: Confirm the details and save to generate the custom invoice.
