• Go to the Medications section in the patient’s chart to manage prescriptions.

Review, and Prescribe Medications

• View Prescribed Medications:
  
  • Check the Prescribed Medications list for active and inactive medications with Start and End Dates.
• Review Current Medications:
  
  • See all active medications in the All Current Medications section, including their status and duration.
• Manage Digital Prescriptions:
  
  • Find details under Digital Prescriptions, including Rx ID, Medication Name, Added By, Date, and Status (e.g., New, Dispensed).
• Add a New Prescription:
  
  • Click the New Prescription button to create a custom medication plan for the patient.

How to Add a New Prescription

Graphic 3:

• Open New Prescription: Click New Prescription in the Medications section.
• Search Medicine: Search by brand name or add a custom entry.
• Add Details: Enter instructions, quantity, refills, and select start/end dates.
• Optional: Check Dispense as Written if needed and link to an associated diagnosis.
• Save: Review and save the prescription.
