How to View Lab Results

• Navigate to Lab Results:
  
  • Go to the Labs and Imaging section in the patient’s chart and click on Lab Results.
• View Uploaded Results:
  
  • Details include:
    • Lab Order ID: Unique identifier for the lab test.
    • Lab Name: Name of the laboratory or test.
    • Uploaded By: The individual who added the results.
    • Date and Time: When the results were uploaded.
• Take Action:
  
  • Use the Action options to view or manage specific lab results.

​How to Upload Lab Results

• Open Upload Lab Result:
  
  • In the Labs and Imaging section, click on Upload Lab Result.
• Search Ordered Labs:
  
  • Use the Lab Order ID or Search Ordered Labs field to find the relevant test.
• Select Lab Details:
  
  • Enter the Lab Name and choose the appropriate Template/Note Type from the dropdown.
• Add Results:
  
  • Fill in the Lab Results & Description to provide detailed information.
• Save:
  
  • Review the details and save the uploaded lab result.
